February - May, 2026: A committee of 7-10 Caucus members, with VP of Endorsements as its chair, reviews candidate questionnaires and research each candidate to ensure they embody the values of the Caucus. A slate of vetted candidates for the 2026 Primary is presented by the Endorsement Committee to the Caucus membership.
A big thank you to the 2026 Endorsement Committee members for their service:
Holly Talir (VP of Endorsements), Meggie Biesenthal , Eileen Doherty, Amber Holt, Jaelithe Judy, Lesley Kinser, Ly Sin Lobster, Alison Plaster, Samantha Williams, Camille Shoals
During a membership meeting, Caucus members in good standing hear from vetted candidates and vote on each candidate's endorsement for the Primary election. Candidates receiving a majority vote by the membership are endorsed. Endorsed candidates are then eligible for financial support by the Caucus PAC, EMPAC.
2026 Endorsement Membership Meeting date: May 20, 2026 at the Center at Clayton, 50 Gay Ave, Clayton, MO. Time is TBD.
Winning candidates endorsed for the Primary in August retain their endorsement status for the General election if they continue to embody the values of the Caucus through the election cycle. New candidates may be endorsed, following the same process, as needed/vacancies arise.
